I had a similar problem with mine. The bolts holding the hinge half’s to the cab should be non-hardened flat head Phillips with a 5/16 -24TPI. I used lots of liquid wrench and heat then with the help of an impact driver got all but two out. These I drilled and ran a tap through. On one side I had to drill and bush the hinge. By the way if you find a source for new screws please let me know.
