I think that would be a 1 1/2 ton.GVW is max weight truck and load combined.Empty I bet that truck weighs around 7000lbs.
GVW: Gross Vehicle Weight (Exactly that, the vehicle weight)
GVWR: Gtoss vehicle Weight Rating (how much the total weight of vehicle AND Load can be)
CGVWR (or GCVWR): Combined Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (total weight rating of the truck/tractor PLUS weight rating of trailer)
