I agree,my tools are mine!I let people at the shop borrow them and,I told all of them at my (meeting},you use it,put it back,clean it,you break it replace it,you drop it in the lake you replace it, I work at a marina..If I reach for it and it's not there,the box will be locked,period!There's only 4 of us and some of the guy's have been doing this longer than me,but still don't have good tool's,go figure.Well so far everyones been good so I'm not to worried.I still lock up every night so thats not a problem.Tom
