#40596 06/21/2004 3:14 PM | Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 275 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Nov 2001 Posts: 275 | Rip off the filter shell and remove the filter element, use a hacksaw and/or grinder to cut two nipples in the end of a suitable diameter pipe to go in the holes of the filter plate and use a pipe wrench to turn the pipe.
