Thanks very much for all the great info and Ideas. I will try to find another fender. If not I will attempt to carefully fab out several pcs and weld them in little by little. If I can get close enough perhaps I can make a reverse shape from a friend who has the same fender and use it as a gauge to fill in with bondo. I love this hobby it challenges me all the time.
