Well, you have a 235 head. My 261 also has captain's bars under the exhaust manifold on the block. If your engine has 1/2" NPT oil filter threads on the driver's side of the block, that is a dead giveaway that it is a 261.
I've never seen a 261 that didn't have captain's bars. There may have been a couple of 235's that had captain's bars, but I've never seen one that had them.
