A 1954 Hydra-Matic Chevrolet truck is fairly rare. The GMC's were more popular being the "upscale" line. I personally would not rod that truck. Either restore this one or sell it and find a regular model to rod. Value is in the eye of the beholder. Properly restored, and I mean properly as in acurate, I would expect you might be over the $20,000. Just my opinion.
