The nason clear is dupont clear. Just an older formula. Dupont changed the formula and so they started putting the old formula in the nason cans. In fact they just released a new nason clear that is said to be better than an off brand should be. I can't remember the number right off hand but keep an eye out for it. As said before Chromabase is better for spot repairs because you can have up to 6 different alternates listed in colornet but they also have some hidden in there that are not listed. For an overall paint job nason is the way to go. I have sold chrombase for over $130 a quart versus $30 a quart for nason.
