There is another option to the Gear Venders overdrive, the Ranger overdrive from Advance Adapters. It mounts in front of the trans, moves it back about 7". It's lever actuated instead of cable/electric. Last time I checked, they ran around $1200 for the one that bolts up to an SM420.
