I wish I was getting 15 mpg! I adusted my carb screws just about like that- maxed out the vacuum and counterclockwised a 1/4 turn. I'm obviously running a higher RPM on the freeway. I guess I may be left with changing the rear end ratio, getting bigger wheels or getting a new transmission although I like my old 3 on the tree!
