There is an outfit that makes a kit to put that suspension on an AD truck, but I don't know about one for a TF.
At the rear I think you have some straight forward brackets to build. At the front the conversions I've seen were all based on custom made crossmembers.
I'd like to see pictures as you proceed. As a C4 owner I sometimes think about what driving my '55 1st Suburban would be like if it cornered like my 'vette.
