I do know a couple of guys like you who are what I consider real bodymen.I also learned to do body work by working the metal to use as little filler as possible. The older trucks are in my opinion much easier to work on than todays thin aloy metals. Try to pick & file a hood on a Kia and see how quickly you go right through the metal.I haven't done body work for over 20 years until this last year, and its amazing how quickly it all comes back. I am having a great time with my 57 and love this as a hoby.
