I need to clean out my tank, I did a search here but didn't find anything? anyway someone told me to use phosphoric acid? what is your experiance with the best way to clean out the rust? I don't really want to use a sealer, as everyone says they eventually fail and cause more problems. my tank is in nice condition and is clean, except for the last quarter of the tank. Rust/water/dead gas at the bottom from sitting.
