Yes, there should be a line there, 1/8" diameter if memory serves. Been a while since I had mine apart. The line runs from the rear hole that you mention up to another threaded hole at the top of the lifter area, just below the deck surface. I don't have a pic for you, perhaps another 'Bolter will have one that can show you more clearly where it routes. I beleive that the line is available new from several of the suppliers listed on the links page.
