izzenhood Wrench Fetcher I Joined: Jul 2003 Posts: 101 Grand Junction, CO	On a GMC, the first 3 numbers on the flat machined surface on the block, just behind the distributor, will be the displacement of 228, 248, 270, and 302 motors.
