I replaced all the bulbs. Didnt check the voltage on the fuse block though. I also know that only one headlamp works constantly. the other only works when the harness is wiggled. I got to messing around with everything again,and now when I turn the left signal on they both come on like hazzards. The head lamp switch is new so that rules out the dimmer. My dome light works though. Thanks for the reply back
