I don't have a '57. My '58 has paint code 710A, which I think is called Tartan Blue.
I'm not sure if you like the color, or are going for 1000% original. My color is close.
That said, I'm not even sure that my color is, in fact, an accurate representation of 710A, Tartan Blue, or some other version of blue a some paint manufacturer. I don't think you can ever get exactly to an original color, just close. It wouldn't surprise me one bit if colors shifted somewhat throughout the model year, depending on the supplier's ability to fill orders with repeatable results.
Cool 'bolt! And that truck's hubcaps are EXACTLY what I'm wanting. Wish non-chrome caps were available.
