I am just about finished with putting together my shortblock . its a small block 4.030 bore and I am going to use Aluminum heads . I understand that I need to use the thickness of the head gasket to get the quench at the correct measurement but I sumwhat confused as to what size cylinder holes to look for on the gasket .
