One barrel Rochesters are on sixes, but I seem to recall something like what you are speaking of but would bet that that carb is a two barrel. I will say- anything is possible- but a one barrel on a V8? Not good. Why would you do it? Get some numbers off from the motor and the carb. We can help you more with that info..
