These folks will be a big help with your project, they have been with mine.
About his wheels, I have seen pictures of the truck, and I too was surprised that they were not the usual 5 lug fronts 10 lug rear. They are true 5 lug wheels front and back, no clamp plate and no extra stud holes.
I suspect they were called "Motor Wheels", as that is probably who made them. I have not consciously seen them on an AD COE, except for this one, I have seen them on older GMC trucks though.
