Steve, too bad you have one of those Eccentric Hybrid lady neighbors that don't appreciate normal truck collecting law abiding citizens. I don't quite understand adding a cadillac to the collection though.
Perhaps you can turn your COE into a Hybrid COE with parts from her car. You solve two problems. She won't be passing by your place anymore for awhile and you can throw away that 7 mpg updraft carburetor for a fuel injected electric engine/motor.
Can I put a man made waterskiing lake on that 10 acres?
