Guys....I've been doing some work on my truck and while I was at it, I pulled the running boards off to have them painted. Have to say...the look of the truck without running boards is growing on me. The truck is lowered and more hotrod style. The fat fenders really become more promenient without the running boards. But the problem is what to do about the gap behind the cab, under the bed.

Who else is running their truck without running boards? Any pic's or solutions to this area?
