Hello there.. read a thread I started called "Cheap Donor Truck".. I am in the process of installing a 1985 gmc frame under my 1960 chev apache shortbox.. so far everything is going well.. I have the Brake booster and tilt steering column installed in the cab I used many parts from the 85 that were almost a direct bolt in. the '85 brake pedal Assy was an easy install. I do have to shorten the frame but so far everything look slike its gonna go well.. pls email me for more info.. I do have access to a digi camera,.. if you are interested in the brake/column work.
