My VIN plate was painted over, but you can see the stamped #'s. The title has a different # on it. Should I or can I possibly have the title changed to actually match the one on the VIN on the cab door jam?? The truck has been restored with a crate 350 and 10 bolt rear end, so I don't know if they used a engine or rear diff # for the new VIN. I'm trying to contact the guy who did the resto. The truck is from California and when I decoded the VIN it also shows it was built in Cali. | | |
