It's a bit hard to see what's down there, since this is my Grandpa's 62 and it's covered in Chicken Chit :-) But, it feels like there are either 2 broken bolts or the bolts come from the other side (which seems to be inside the pan?)
62 1/2 Ton Stepside, 3 on the tree and 235 I6
Grandpa gave it to me, it is straight and original with about 90K original miles..
