Hi all. I'm a long time reader, but a new poster here. I've been in the transmission business for 20+ yrs. I traded into a basket case '56 chevy pickup 2 yrs ago, and am now driving it. It's got the 235 w/ 2bbl holley 350cfm, split exhaust manifold, dual glasspacks, T5 trans, power steering upgrade. A lot of fun to drive. My friend has a 51 chevy pickup, and I'm going to help him get started on it. He bought a 78 Nova donor car, for the front frame clip, etc. Has anyone here done this conversion? or know of any good Tech articles? I want gather as much info as possible before We start cutting.
