#38205 03/26/2003 8:49 PM | Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 142 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jan 2001 Posts: 142 | Because of my inexperience,I'm a woodworker, I detroyed my clutch on my '51 GMC 1/2 ton. It had was frozen to the flywheel and it blew apart in the process of unsticking it.
Anyway here is my question the pressure plate has a few small gouges . It is a new pressure plate with less than 50 mileson it. Can I sand out the rough spots and reuse it?
Also does anyone know if the pilot bearing is the same for a GMC as it is for a Chevy?
