I am trying,(216 top) but after knocking out the lead plug and aluminum plug I find my off idle jets to be #44 drill size or .086 a vast difference from the .070 listed. Also he says to go till you see the bit in the center vent hole. Where does he get a numbered bit over 2" in length as the hole is 2" from the edge of carb top. I also want to use the 216 venturi with the 235 base to raise the vacumn signal,anybody tried this?
