Squeegebob, it is a ez swap get a 1/2 axle drum to drum with the tie rods, steering arms, ubolts, bumpers that mount on the top of the ubolts, and lower shock mounts. you can use the 3/4 front springs, steering box and pitman arm. the rear frames are straight so you can shorten them to 1/2 ton wheelbase ez. check out my website the 54 with a 250 motor was a 3/4 ton long bed
