There are two excellent reasons NOT to do this:

(1) This thing is calibrated for a MUCH smaller engine, and would require major modifications to work well on a 235.

(2) Since this is a highly sought after unit for the Willys Jeep, it is worth at least double the value of a Chevrolet carb. Find a Willys guy and he would probably trade you 2 for one!
