I've got a tank out of a 64 C10 that I'm going to have to clean before I coat the inside. I've been thinking about filling part way with sand and strapping a vibrator from an old recliner on it and letting it sit and vibrate for a day or so. Is the solvent needed? I would think if the tank is dry the sand would clean all the deposits. any thoughts
