I have found, if you let the vendor know you subscribe to all these truck sites and you will be sharing your anger over their service, they tend to have an attitude change. If not it's because they have the market covered and aren't worried about loosing business. CCP does have a large share of the brake conversion market and that is probably why they don't respond.
