The brake lines are hooked up, but as far as condition, I haven't checked that closely yet. I do not see any fluid leaking out of them, which I consider to be a good sign. I'll check the vacuum line for holes/cracks. I kinda figured it was a brake booster.. but didn't know these old trucks actually had power brakes back then. Learn something new everyday.
