I am working on a 46 1/2 ton pickup. It has a 700R4 transmission. I want to instal a transmission mounted shifter that made by Lokar. Has anyone installed one of these.

I also want to install the floor mounted emergency brake. I like the one from Lokar. The cable kit cost more than the brake handle. Any ideas?
