I have to preface my answer by starting with the fact that my wife and I have 6 vehicles for 2 drivers. We also only have a 2 car garage. 4 vehicles live outside. My truck is one of them. It gets driven mostly on weekends for hauling chores. My dily driver for my 40 mile commute is a 63 Corvair. It gets better mileage than the truck. It rarely snows here, but 100 inches of rain is normal.
