Two things to consider here.
1. Another heater hose loop is another potential coolant leak.
2. There is no heat to your manifold with water heat when the engine is cold... when you need manifold heat most.
I'm sure there must be some, but water heated intakes are hard to find on production vehicles.
I'm still weighing my options.
