I started the truck this morning to go to work and had RTB back home within a mile.

Tony and Dusty, I am righ there with you on this being a lean condition. I am going to put an electric fuel pump on tonight and see if that cures the problem.
Dusty, I had the carb off and down twice I did not have wire drills with me so I guess I will try again. Do you have any comments on drilling the power valve passage.
Tony, I don't know what part number it is but it has a 51 main jet. I looked at the Rochester hop up page on the Inliner site and used that as a guide for mod's, I have not done any yet
The funny thing is I tried using the choke to fatten it up and it ran worse.
