For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 19 Apprentice | | Apprentice Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 19 | I`m new to the restoring game. I want to build a customized 1956-57 chevy 3100/3200. I have these ideas going through my head and so far it seems to be good. I haven`t bought the truck yet but I am looking. My question is, How much can be cut off of a cameo box and still have it look good? I have a family of five and would like to build an extended cab with enough room in back for a bench seat. I figure moving the gas tank under the box.Want to add 30" behind the doors for the back seat. And power windows. Alot more running through my head still.Thank you for the advice in advance. Keep the Taskforce Alive.
