I made some "S" shaped hand rails for some park benches and they were 3/16 x 2. I made a jig and bolted it on the bed of my trailer and used a loooooonnnng pipe to make the bends. But these were not a 90 degree bend.
I assumed that heat would be required. I guess I need to learn more about heating steel and cool steel before I tackle this projet.
