Hey Phil,
grab a copy of Classic American at your local newsagents. There's plenty of club info, cruise dates, spares, dealers and great cars and trucks,(even modern ones, BARF)
I know a couple of guys in the Reading area that have AD trucks, not too many up in this neck of the woods though, I think the Salty roads kills 'em!
As far as spares go, probably as easy to get as your MG, parts suppliers in abundance.

I get most of mine from LMC in Kansas and, as yet,have had no problems with supply.
Get a truck, go on, you know you want one!
