BIG CHEVY 3600 Master Gabster B Joined: Oct 2006 Posts: 4,983 DALLAS/BLANCO TEXAS	I have used Eastwood's Rust Encapsulator I don't know why you would need the rust converter if the rust is encapsulated. The stuff is very pricey I just ordered two more cans tonight. POR 15 is a mess. ~Jim
