try some P B Blaster penertrating oil on stuck parts lots of it let sit over night Start motor tap lightly on parts to free valve.
It has worked for me, add some marvel mystery oil to crankcase do not over fill it also helps free things up. Has motor sat long without runing? Let us know how you make out Bill | | |
