I also have an Edelbrock 2x1 intake which is a factor. I went to Lowe's and bought some round-stock. I bent it with a pipe torch, pliers, and a vice. It took some playing with to get it right. I don't have pictures right off, but I can post some. You can look at the link below and you might see something helpful. I'll get back to ya though.
