tclederman Bubba - Curmudgeon Joined: Sep 2001 Posts: 29,269 Jarvisburg, NC, USA	Has a few omissions and many errors, besides extending the stovebolt-six beyond 1962. Most 235 and 261 "facts" are way off. Some of the 261 "facts" are correct for Canadian engines but not for USA engines. I'll stick with these "Generations" and characteristics. Tim 1954Advance-Design.com 1954 3106 Carryall Suburban 1954 3104 5-window pickup w/Hydra-Matic The 216 and early 235 engines are not "splash oilers" -- this is a splash oiler.
