Thanks for the plug britcon, but there may not be much on the site that can help him with this one.
The front bed panel is the same from 40-45 so if you know someone with one you can get a pattern from them.
There are 4 bolts on each side of the front bed panel. All 1/4"-20 X 5/8" hex head bolts. The front bed panel also uses a long threaded rod that attaches through the top curl to each bed side. We sell a threaded rod and hardware kit for this.
The rear cross sill is also the same from 40-45. You will use 4 bolts on each side of the rear cross sill that are 5/16"-18 X 3/4" at the bottom of the rear cross sill and bed sides. Then you will need 2 more on each side to hold on the hinges. We sell a hardware kit for this as well.
It will be difficult for you if those bed sides are not prepunched, as at least one of these holes is nearly impossible to reach to put a nut on.
When we make these parts, all the holes are punched in the correct locations and there are welded nuts in the areas that are impossible to reach.
