Well, here is Jeb after two days of me, Jeb, a trip to Tractor Supply for BPS paint and brush and roller. A solid ten footer that is certainly roadworthy and fairly presentable. Now I can fix the brakes on wife's 67 Mustang convertible and jump back on Sparky.

I used BPS Truck and Trailer paint with Valspar Hardener in the Hunter Green, and BPS Tractor and Implement Paint with Valspar Hardener in Gloss White. If anything, it may have a little too much gloss for my tastes. LOL! I will say that the Truck and Trailer is far less glossy out of the spray can than with the hardener.

Thanks Fumblin46 for the inspiration. I couldn't bring myself to go this route on my 42, but after spending all the time I did on this 56 to get it in top mechanical shape, I just wanted to drive it. Down the road I'll patch the lower front fenders and wetsand everything out. I will say this also, there are sags and a few brush marks, but I've shot worse with PPG Delstar Acrylic Enamel and had good results with sanding and buffing.
