About 6 months ago, went to a local shop that also does exhaust work. They bent 2-1/4" dual pipes to fit my 1964 K10 'Burb with a 350, without any problem. $400 for labor, pipes and Thrustmaster mufflers. The tail pipes end just below the bumpers where they curve. They did a nice job, and they sound good. Not too loud.
