sort of ... the hood hinge mounting holes on the 59 firewall are very slightly different and will require frustrating fiddling to make the hood fit/work right .... the 58/9 frame is a couple inches longer at the front to allow the splash pan behind the bumper, so it has to be cut an inch or 2, and the bumper mount holes redrilled -
this much .... bumpers are the same 55-59
