I would include plenty of compressed air drops throughout the shop, instead of running hoses everywhere.
Overhead retractable extension cords.
Possibly an eye wash station? They're not to expensive and easy to install. It will work alot better than sticking your head under the sink.
Plan how many lights you want/need then double that amount. Stinks having to work in a poorly lit shop.
