You'll need to find a pully the right length and same diameter as the late 235 one. We used to use 292 Ford pulleys back in the day. Probably won't find many of them in wrecking yards now days but there's bound to be something that's close enough. I always see stacks of pulleys at swap meets, too.
Push the pulley mount towards the pump with a press, cut off the excess shaft and install the pulley. Spend the $100 difference on something else the truck needs. | | |
